  • The platform supports robust API connectivity, enabling seamless integrations with other enterprise systems.
  • The lack of support and guidance - by this we mean when our warehouse has issues, we have to log a ticket with the helpdesk, which is in a different timezone, then it takes 24 hours to get a notification that the support ticket has been received, but meanwhile, it's an urgent production issue, so now we are frantically calling our AU support team directly for help.
