Easy-to-use, innovative asset management tool with great team & support

With ITEXIA, we have found a partner whose cloud software not only meets our core requirements for asset management software, but who also excels with extremely friendly employees in the acquisition, onboarding process and service. Contains all relevant features for easy digital asset management while still being a very user-friendly and easy to grasp piece of software. Esp. well suited to handle a fast-growing number of assets or constant changes in the distribution/location of assets.
Cons:
There is an on prem version of the software, but it is much more expensive than the cloud solution.

Bisher bin ich wirklich sehr zufrieden und wenn man mal nicht weiter weiß erhält man schnelle Hilfe.

Ich habe es immer und überall mit dabei. Sei es auf dem Diensthandy, dem Tablett oder am Büro PC. Ich habe keinen Papierkram durch Übergabeprotokolle mehr, dass spart Geld und schont die Umwelt. Schnelles anlegen mit alle nötigen Daten von neuem Inventar.
Cons:
Ich habe aktuell festgestellt das sich Bilder, welche man anfügen möchte nicht optimal zuschneiden lassen. (Nur Quadratisch nicht einfach nur in der Breite oder Höhe) Wenn ich in ein Fenster tippe um zu schreiben, sich dann die Tastatur öffnet, springt das Fenster leider nicht alleine an die Stelle wo man etwas eintragen möchte.

Der Gesamteindruck ist für mich sehr gut. ITEXIA ist ein verlässlicher Partner, der auch nach der Installation einen guten Support bietet. Professionell war auch die Begleitung bei der Einführung der Software.

Pros:
Die einfache Bedienung war uns sehr wichtig. Auch, dass die Felder und Menüs selber angepasst werden können. Zwingend war für uns, dass die Etiketten auf einem QR-Code oder RFID basieren. Die Software kann mehre Standorte verwalten und das Inventar auf Standorte und Räume referenziert werden. Sehr gut funktioniert auch die Inventur mit den ZEBRA Scannern oder es ich auch über eine APP mit dem Mobile möglich.
Cons:
Ich vermisse den Zugang über die Active Directory, das solle jedoch noch folgen.

ITEXIA erfüllte unseren Anforderungskatalog vollumfänglich. Wir fanden zu diesem Zeitpunkt keine Software mit diesem Leistungsumfang. Ausschlaggebend war auch die professionelle Betreuung und Hilfsbereitschaft bei der Einführung.
