Takes time to set up, but become more and more useful the more I do.

I finally took the time to sync the SKUs for my Etsy shop with my independent website. The whole process will go much quicker if your SKUs already match (took longer for me since they weren't). This was the only thing holding me up to finally using Trunk to sync them. Having those two online shops synced has been such a weight lifted off of my shoulders. Where it is really amazing is keeping track of stock of an item that is used in multiple orders/SKUs. I am still slowly getting it more and more functional for myself, and very happy that I took the time to set it all up. I look forward to seeing additional organization capabilities in the future. Overall, it takes time to set up, but become more and more useful the more I do.

Main reason I use this application: you can sync listing inventory between Etsy and Squarespace (along with other common platforms). You can set the system to alert you when stock drops below a designated threshold. Where it is really amazing is keeping track of stock of an item that is used in multiple orders/SKUs. One order placed on a platform can set up to pull inventory for all components used to create the item for that order. This allows to better keep track of all inventory, such as packing material. I didn't realize how useful this option would be.
Cons:
I can't create categories to organize my inventory, and more easily search for specific items to link them as an item to a listing or to restock them. If I want to make an edit that effects many inventory items, I have to make those changes to each item rather than being able to make that change to multiple items at one time.

Trunk has already alleviated SO MUCH stress, I can't believe I didn't know about this a couple years ago when I was starting my business. I sell my products across several platforms both direct to customer through Square, on my website through Squarespace, as well as wholesale through Faire. Trunk has seamlessly integrated my inventory across all of my selling platforms giving me peace of mind and saving valued time and energy. Trunk's bundle feature allows me to sell groups of my products while keeping inventory on the individual SKU up to date. The team at Trunk has created easy-to-understand and thorough documentation enabling the set-up process to be easy and quick. And to top it off, the support team is super responsive and quick to answer questions. Don't hesitate--this app is amazing!
Cons:
Everything has been positive. I can't think of a single negative thing to say!

Trunk turned the arduous and annoying process of normalizing inventories across my three storefronts and turned it into a no-brainer. Now, all I do is update my inventories on a single site and it ripples out across the other stores automatically.
Cons:
Although the monthly pricing is a bit high at the moment for my taste, I've found it works great to turn on Trunk before my busy season around the holidays to make sure I'm not overselling my inventory.

For 8 years, I had been searching for an app that could synchronize my inventory and orders between my website and Etsy. Initially, I worked with WooCommerce, and now I'm using Shopify, and with both platforms, Trunk is perfect! It’s easy to manage. I’ve tried other, slightly cheaper apps, but I was terribly disappointed. My stock levels kept changing without me doing anything, so I went back to Trunk.

Really straightforward to set up and use. Can adjust inventory numbers easily. Get alerts for duplicate SKUs and low inventory.
Cons:
The only hiccup I have is because of a duplicate SKU that has combined two different items under one title (kept inventory separate) and I couldn't fix it myself. But I mostly just love it.
