Customer Service is Top of Industry!

Fantastic experience(especially with customer service) with a super intuitive interface all the way through. As a new employee it was a breeze to learn and teach others as well!

Customer service has resolved dozens of requests and complaints related to scheduling and maintenance items.

Cons:

Cost per aircraft. We were not given clear answers when asking about the product at a convention. Prices do climb every year but is still worth the money.

customer service and the visual presentation of the product

Cons:

I would like more user modification options. also I would like to see rotables tracking for units that go on and off aircraft and receive separate mx and parts installed (like wheel assemblies)

CAMP and Corridors did not offer what we were looking for. also - you did not have an option for CAMP above

Very disappointed

Have used Flightdocs for 20+ years, since Veryon has got them, very disappointed. A smaller aircraft should not take over three months to be onboarded, and we are still waiting with little to no communication.

Pros:

I have not found any positives with Veryon yet, however Flightdocs was great in the past. If you buy a company, make sure you continue the service.

Cons:

We never got to use the service properly because our customer's plane has taken 9+ weeks to be onboarded, including uploading our customer's aircraft to the wrong tail/serial number with no one catching the mistake.

I enjoy the freedom of being able to use the system and depend on just the analysts doing things for us. The system is user friendly and easy to adjust to.

Cons:

I would like to see our engine inspection to be able to only show parent and not all the child codes on the due list. I would also like to see the permissions separated more. For 135 and 121 operators some items people need on a certain permission string, but should not have other permissions on that same string

Potential to Excel beyond competitors

I think Veryon is a superior product as compared to competitors. I do think some actions are convoluted, but this may be because of the way we utilize the product.

The system in very easy to use and intuitive. The tracking system is invaluable in keeping my fleet up to date.

Cons:

The customer service has declined in recent years. I used to know everyone in the company, but as it grew into ATP and now Veryon they have expanded and what used to take five minutes to fix, now takes days.

Ease of use, accessibility, use of multiple devices to access, constant improvement

Cons:

Some minor inconsistencies in search filters and labels between features of the system. System currently lacks an electronic work turnover function for maintenance items and non routines. I would hope to see features in the future that directly address the needs of our FAA part 145 repair station to manage back shop component repairs

I love the fact that it is easy to use. You can also contact them when I need assistance or I want to know why things work a certain way.

Cons:

It tends to freeze a lot, or takes a while to load. But, I know that you are still building to make it better. I think that you should look critique the allocation option more.

Its easy to search tasks and pull reports for utilization

Cons:

For engines we cant see the estimated due date for a tracked item in the due list. We see the hrs remaining but it doesnt convert to date based on daily utilization. However if you download the due list it will tell you estimated date.
