    Simplicity and very user friendly! Bright open user interface that flows well. You can easily navigate. Also being able to use multiple pages while working was really helpful.
    Cons:
    The learning curve. Always frightening working in a system you're unfamiliar with. Once the dust settles it works well.

    Not satisfactory being that it does not seem to be a complete system with the needs of the customer and attention to detail. In addition the customer service not being adaptable to working with customers to complete the system to individual company needs.

    1. Missing too many vital/critical details- module capabilities needed for food production 2. The inability to customize either from the W4 end or our end In turn, this makes it extremely hard/inefficient to complete the ERP circle with this system.

    Wherefour is very user friendly, and well suited to our food manufacturing business. We use this across multiple departments daily. The customer support is second-to-none, and from implementation to process integration to product launch we were well taken care of at every step!
    Cons:
    More customization would be helpful, specifically for daily reporting. Also, an ability to drill down/up from Sales order (start) to invoicing (finish) would be helpful for researching issues.

    Netsuite is not suited for our size of business. We don't need Enterprise Level software at this time.

    An exciting product with a lot of potential

    Overall its been very positive with their responsiveness to change requests and the onboarding process. The tool is clearly growing at a very fast pace and I look forward to the features they roll out in the coming months and years.

    The software is web-based so it means it can run on any web-enabled device. It's very intuitive for our manufacturing operators and most of the UI is very easy to grasp. It's using the best of the modern web, compared to so many other dated inventory management tools. I love the custom label editor and templates for PDF reports for things like customer order PDFs and cycle count reports. The support has been outstanding and the onboarding team has really ensured our issues are addressed in a timely fashion.
    Cons:
    While the product is in the Sage Intacct marketplace, it's clear the integrations are still being worked on as customers need them. There are some serious limitations to how you can do lot/bar/serial# automation which is requiring us to rethink a lot of our existing systems but it can feel limiting at times.

    In the past, our company's had a really hard time getting everyone to utilize the software consistently and correctly. Wherefour is EXTREMELY intuitive and has eliminated the need for constant retraining sessions.
    Cons:
    In the event that an employee plugs in his/her own WO #, I wish there was a way that the program could recognize whether or not that WO # had previously been created/used, prevent the employee from using the duplicate #, and redirect him/her to create a new number.

    SafetyChain was our previous QMS...it didn't offer inventory management and wasn't intuitive at all. It was very difficult for our plant employees to understand concepts, enter data, etc.

    Solid Start-up Inventory Management Tool

    The area I have really enjoyed has been the service level of support in the onboarding process and taking us through all the different modules. The way of showing how to build and integrate has been great. We really enjoy working with Amy, so please recognize her efforts. While there are kinks in the program, we like hearing there is a pipeline for improvements. That gives us a lot of hope continuing to build around this product and our relationship.

    Overall, ease of use and a solid system for newer, smaller organization for inventory management. It has some really good features that can make the business run. There are some areas of reporting and management improvements that could be in place, but for a simple organization, it works.
    Cons:
    The two areas of opportunities are really around better reporting and going through a bit more of how the reporting can be used to improve the operations a bit. We came across some kinks in the reporting feature that show some opportunity. We also wished there were slightly better integration with the system.

    That it doesn't have production control points but I hear they are in the works. I don't like that the search items don't always show when they are supposed to and you have to get so specific

    What I really like about Wherefour is the programs ability to calculate formulas for you. Making it easy to see the exact amounts of product that was used and created.
    Cons:
    The system can be clunky at times. One of the issues is not being able to delete items because they have been used before in a formula. Another issue is not being able to select a date for creating invoices.
