BusyPaws vs DogBizPro: Which is best for you?

I originally started with the lowest-tier plan, which included no directed onboarding aside from some links (even 20 minutes talking to someone would have made a huge difference) and no access to a live person for support when something appeared to not be working properly were the most frustrating things for me. While the Q&A catalog is helpful, it’s not sufficient when something isn’t working as described.

I switched away from using DogBizPro to another software and I am happy that I switched even though the cost is more than DogBizPro.
