- I only used it for a little while during an internship but it was pretty great especially the Kanban boards showing the priorities for the ongoing cases, this was super good for keeping accountability and managing the workload effectively.
- I have had some bugs from time to time and It can be hard to manage documents etc, also not every feature is available without paying for it.
