Super-easy, super-fast chabot builder for lead capturing

In just about a week after installing the chatbot I increased my conversion by 50%. So my experience is very positive.

Pros:

It's dead easy to set up. The focus of this chatbot is for capturing leads on the fly. I set it up and have increased my conversion rate (lead capturing) about 50%. That is quite a lot. In the past (no chatbot) I had been leaking a lot of leads.

Cons:

What I don't like is its limited configuration. I would love to stop displaying the bot once I had captured an email but there is no function to do that. Still waiting for this option from the developer.

Lead generation with a easy to use bot and great tech team behind

Overall an amazing tool, the ideas are almost endless and I am exciting to see where the journey will go. If your are on the search for a great and easy to integrate bot you should look no further.

Pros:

Continually has a great user interface with an intuitive workflow that makes it extremely easy to use. It gives the creator the opportunity to concentrate on their ideas in building a lead generating bot. Personally I like the improvements over the last couple of months, seeing that this is going forward and making the process lightning fast. Thanks to the lead documentation you get great customer feedback and insights what helped us improving the e-commerce experience on our site.

Cons:

I see improvement in the area of the calendar integration. If there was the chance to connect more than one calendar it could easily act as an adanced booking calendar system and we wouldn't need an extra subscription based integration. For example: We have a stand up paddle board rental with multiple boards. That means at the same time multiple boards could be rented out. At the moment I don't see the possibility to have multiple times blocked or occupied several times. I mean this would just be a really nice thing to have and not a must.

Goof product but bad customer support

Overall I enjoy building chat with continually but I'm afraid they won't take this product to the next level.

Pros:

I like the ease of the application. You can build your own bot very quickly and embed it on your website. The editor of the chat is very clear and I like the UI of the application. You can connect the chat to a google shhet and you can retrieve data from the google sheet and display it on your chat. Also you chan use the api widget and send the data to a webhook - you may use integromat and zapier.

Cons:

The support and development are bad. When you embed the chat on your site it loads 8 scripts. All scripts do not have cache ttl. This may slow down the load time of your site. I tried several times to alert the support that they need to change it without any success.

Simple & Cute Chatbot For Websites

We love it, its easy to use, no learning curve, easy to deploy. We already generated leads and we are happy with Continually.

Continually is one of the easiest Chatbot Builder available in the market. Super easy to build a bot and deploy on the website. We literally built and deployed a bot under 30 minutes. The bot has very nice inviting UI. Continually has a lead management system built in, which is really amazing, their UI & UX is very simple and straight forward.

Cons:

We did not see any cons as of now, we love the simplicity and it does what it needs to do (Engage with visitors and collect leads).

Easy to use and Awesome tool to generate leads.

Very happy with it, can't say anything bad about this bot. Just waiting for FB integration!

Pros:

In about 24 hours after installing this bot on your website, we sold a $1000+ service! The lead came when no one was there to take the call, and the fast response provided by the funnel we created with the bot made the sale! Couldn't be happier. The UX/UI is fantastic and VERY easy to use. If you can draw match doodles, you can do this! The bot is super easy to setup and in no time you will have it running for your business.

Cons:

The design is awesome, but, they need to add Facebook messenger integration, is the only thing we miss. Facebook is huge for customers. They said tell will integrate it soon.

Great Product Bad Customer Service

Good Product but needs work on customer service and reliability.

It is easy to setup and work with simple and easy to use..

Cons:

When you have problems, customer service isnt responsive and takes days and be wary of hitting limits, they might revoke your account like they did mine. They arent built for scale.

Reasons for choosing Continually

because at the time of need, it was easy to setup.. didnt think if i would hit the limits i would be punished for it.. my site went viral and they just dropped the ball on me.

It was faster to switch and easier to setup

Dead easy chat bot builder

Thanks to Continually I can easily build chatbots quickly and integrate them into my site in no time at all.

Pros:

I've been using a couple of chatbot builders in the last few months, but none comes close to how easy Continually is to use. Their UI/UX is just unbeatable and it's helped me keep my site visitors engaged and decrease the number of support queries.

Cons:

One of the great things is that it also offers live chat. However, I hate that this is through Slack, as I'm not a regular Slack user and don't really like it that much.

How easy it was to build a chatbot in comparison, even if it's technically less powerful.

Best Chatbot I Have Worked With

It just works. It works easily, deploys easily, chatbots are built easily, my customers understand the chatbot and have followed it through all the steps, and it has made my life easier! 10/10

Pros:

I found this chatbot builder through AppSumo after having tried multiple other ones. None of the other chatbot builders had an easy to use interface to create the chatbots or the advanced features that Continually offer. With the other chatbot builders, they were never as easy to use as advertised. It would take hours (upon hours) to create a half-decent chatbot that never really did what I wanted it to do. With Continually, the interface is so super easy that you could do it in your sleep! It took a quarter of the time, it is all visual, I was able to add gifs and images without a problem, and my chatbot just works. I couldn't ask for more.

Cons:

There are no cons that I can think of. I got it for a great price, it is super easy to use, and they keep making it better. That is everything I ask for in a chatbot builder or any SAAS product.

Reasons for switching to Continually

The other chatbot builder was so hard to use, and Continually is so easy. Easy choice for me!

Best Chatbot builder for non techies

Yes saved me alot of time, easy to setup and build a bot. Great for scheduling appointments. If you are non techie and need to build bots this is the one for you.

Easiest way to create a chat bot and deploy. I have variety of chat bot builders but continually stands out because of its learning curve is almost zero even a person with out any coding knowledge can build it easily.
