We have just started using the new skills management feature to build a comprehensive skills matrix for different roles. While we are still in the early stages of implementation, we see a lot of potential in how it will help us map competencies across the organization.

Certain limitations can make it difficult to fully adapt it to specific needs.

Having an online platform gives us new possibilities: certifications, webminars, live events, and more, allowing us to reach new customers, including public institutions, universities, research centers.

There are a couple of features missing that I wish were there, like the ability for the application to recognize when a login is being shared from separate devices.
