Pro and con of Keelearning

We use keelearning to manage and regulate our learning courses and to track the progress. Great experience with almost 2 years with them.

Pros:

In general, I found Keelearning to be a simple platform. The online support forums have been a reliable source of information for me virtually every time I needed it (and when I did, the response time was swift and efficient). We're pleased with how the content production works and how effectively the content repository fits our overall needs. The Dojo is a terrific tool for learning the platforms, and the limitless list of functionality has been a great addition thus far.

Cons:

Nothing has changed in the user interface (Modernized) despite the change. Several critical functionalities have stopped working following the update. There has to be a more flexible and adaptive solution to assigning tasks for onboarding.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit all den Funktionalitäten, die uns keelearning bietet. Die Bedienung erfolgt auf intuitive Weise und man kann sich sehr einfach zurechtfinden.

keelearning ist eine flexible Plattform, die es uns ermöglicht, nicht nur Kurse anzubieten, sondern auch eine Mediathek, die unterwegs auf mobilen Endgeräten abgerufen werden kann. Zusätzlich bietet die Quizfunktion eine spielerische Möglichkeit sich weiterzubilden. Die News-Funktion eignet sich hervorragend, um firmeninterne Neuigkeiten zu verbreiten und auch über branchenspezifische Themen zu informieren. Als weiterer Vorteil ist die Möglichkeit zu nennen, den Mitarbeitern die Inhalte individualisiert anbieten zu können. Außerdem erfolgt eine fortlaufende Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung des Systems sowie eine schnelle und kompetente Betreuung durch den sehr guten Support.

Cons:

Die im Administrationsbereich bereitgestellte User-Statistik ist derzeit noch unübersichtlich, im Gegensatz zu der wirklich guten Teilnehmer-Übersicht in der Kurs-Statistik. Es wird jedoch schon an einer Verbesserung gearbeitet. Des Weiteren wäre im Anwenderbereich eine allgemeine Suchfunktion wünschenswert, die nicht nur die Mediathek, sondern auch die News und Termine einbezieht.

Fast die eierlegende Wollmilchsau. In jedem Fall begeistert es!

Ich bin immer wieder begeistert wieviel Spaß es mir macht den Content aufzubauen und mit Keelearning zu arbeiten. Es ist Keenuit gelungen ein super intuitives System zu schaffen, dass selten Fragen aufwirft. Das ist in dieser Komplexität schon eine top Leistung.

Keelearning ist smart, intuitiv und es macht immer wieder Spaß den Content aufzubauen. Es bietet neben Kurs-Funktionalitäten, eine Mediathek, ein Quiz, sowie eine App zur Nutzung auf einem mobilen Endgerät. Dies waren alles wichtige Eigenschaften für uns, die nicht jedes LMS bietet.

Cons:

Ein wichtiger Punkt zum didaktischen Erfolg sind kurze Blöcke mit darauffolgenden Interaktionen. Die Möglichkeiten weitere Inhalte wie Lernfragen und Aufgabenlisten einzubringen sind noch zu knapp. Aber ein Lückentext ist bereits angekündigt, es werden jedoch noch weitere Funktionen benötigt, damit keine Langeweile beim Lernen aufkommt.

Gute Schulungsplattform - Umfangreiche Möglichkeiten

Ich nutze die Plattform inzwischen 2 Jahre und bin begeistert. Die Einsichten und Möglichkeiten geben einen viel Spielraum für Schulungen, Webinare und Ähnliche Aktivitäten. Auch der Austausch - wenn einmal eine Nachfrage war - lief immer reibungslos.

Sehr zufrieden

Einfach sich zurechtzufinden als Administrator und Kursteilnehmer. Automatische Übersetzung der Kursbeschreibungen etc. sehr sinnvoll und hilfreich. Auch das Ersetzen von Kursen ist einfach durchzuführen.

Als Hauptadministrator gefällt mir die simple und anwenderfreundliche Administration des Systems und der Kurse.

Cons:

Die "Swipe-Navigation" während dem Ausführen der Kurse ist für Tablet-Bediener sinnvoll, jedoch für Kursteilnehmer, die den Kurs am PC durchführen teilweise problematisch bzw. wirft bei der Bedienung fragen auf.

Gutes Tool für die eigene Schulungsakademie

Der Support ist bei Anliegen immer sehr bemüht. Es wird sehr viel an der Oberfläche gearbeitet, um die Plattform stetig zu verbessern.

Offers a comprehensive suite of everything that is needed for company wide e-learning strategies. Courses, certificates, tests, media libraries, WBT player, user management and event planning. No need to augment with additional third party tools.

Cons:

When adding WBTs to courses, it is not possible to restrict course progress based on the WBT test results.
