reteach is a cloud-based platform that hosts training courses. Companies can easily create digital training for corporate learning, onboarding and product training. They can also create learning paths with multimedia content in online courses and connect zoom and teams for live digital training.

The software allows users to create their corporate academy in their corporate design and on all end devices: mobile and desktop.

As a German provider, reteach is 100% GDPR compliant. Courses can also be sold via the e-commerce feature and the software can be used immediately without an IT project or setup.

Genau, was wir gesucht haben

Wir waren auf der Suche nach einem einfach implementierbaren und übersichtlichem LMS und sind mit Reteach fündig geworden. Reteach bietet einen umfangreichen Funktionsumfang was die Kursgestaltung, Kursorganisation (Mailings und Teilnehmermanagement) und Anbindung an bestehende Systeme (über API) angeht und bleibt dabei sehr benutzerfreundlich. Im Moment sind wir noch am Aufbau unserer E-Learning Akademie und können zum System im Betrieb wenig sagen, aber der erste Gesamteindruck ist sehr positiv.

Für einige Themen in der Kursgestaltung benötigen wir einen Workaround, aber das sind wirklich nur Optimierungsmöglichkeiten; sie schmälern den positiven Gesamteindruck kaum.Dazu gehören:Die Gestaltung der Lerneinheiten ist manchmal etwas starr (vielleicht aber auch bewusst so gestaltet?).Es gibt z.B. nur die Möglichkeit, ein Bild oder eine Bildergalerie zu Beginn der Lektion einzufügen und darunter einen Text. Schön wäre auch die Möglichkeit, ein Bild, dann ein bisschen Text, dann wieder ein Bild einzufügen oder unter ein Video noch eine zweite Interaktion zu setzen.Außerdem würde ich mir noch wünschen, dass man bei reteach Videos hochladen kann, bei denen man Untertitel ein- und ausschalten kann. Da das nicht geht, werden wir nun vermutlich über Vimeo hosten und bei Reteach einbinden. Kurse, die selbst nach der Buchung erst zu einem bestimmten Datum durchführbar sind, aber trotzdem schon im Nutzeraccount sichtbar sind (bisher gibt es nur die Möglichkeit, einen gesamten Kurs ab einem bestimmten Datum zu veröffentlichen, dann ist er aber vorher auch nicht sichtbar im Nutzeraccount. Oder man muss alle Lektionen einzeln terminieren, aber das ist bei über 50 Lektionen deutlich zu aufwendig).

Mitarbeiterschulungen leicht gemacht

Über die Lernplattform ist es uns möglich, eine große Anzahl an Mitarbeitern nachvollziehbar und schnell über aktuelle Themen zu instruieren. Dies gelingt mit Reteach ohne großen personellen oder zeitlichen Aufwand. Gerade bei kleineren Unternehmen ist keine dedizierte Person für die Verwaltung der Plattform notwendig.

Nach einer Nutzung von wenigen Monaten können wir noch keine Defizite feststellen. Anregungen und gewünschte Tools befinden sich bereits in Entwicklung.

The perfect tool for our software onboarding

With reteach, we have changed our entire software onbording process to eLearning combined with personal live sessions. This ensures that our customers' software administrators receive a thorough training and allows them to discuss all their questions and individual challenges with our expert consultants. At the same time, it makes the onboarding process very time-efficient for our team of consultants because all the training for the basic functions is done by the course participants themselves - however it fits their schedule and learning speed. All in all, it's a win-win for everyone and reteach has made it easy for us to set up our optimal software onboarding system.

reteach is easy to set up, adminstrate, and use. We use it for our software onboarding and we appreciate the range of available lesson types (text, video, iframe integration, tasks, and quizzes) which makes our courses fun and allows us to provide a variety of learning materials. Upon course completion, each participant automatically receives a personalized certificate. Through Zapier, we have connected reteach to our Salesforce system which helps us keep our processes lean and provides a central overview of all ongoing onboarding projects. Also, thank you to the reteach support team, they are always quick, helpful, and friendly - we feel very appreciated as a customer.

Cons:

I don't have anything in particular to criticize. There are a couple of nice-to-have functions I'd love to have in the future, such as more detailed analytics and reports that could give us a clearer view of course participant behavior and possible challenges. And maybe a function that automatically sends a personalized eMail once a course participant has completed a certain lesson or course chapter. But these are really just feature wishes, not something that detracts from our overall satisfaction with reteach in any way.

Bei dieser Softwarelösung kann man sofort einsteigen und schrittweise ausprobieren, auch wenn man nicht aus der IT-Welt kommt. Hervorzuheben ist der sehr gute, persönliche Support. Man hat nicht das Gefühl, dass man mit seinem Anliegen irgendwo in einer Warteschleife hängt, sondern das Beratungsteam meldet sich sehr schnell, wenn man Fragen hat. Die angegebene Wartezeit von 30 Minuten wird sogar meist unterboten. Das ist schon klasse. Und: Der Support hat viel Geduld, auch mit Leuten, die keine Digital Natives sind.

Cons:

Das werde ich im Laufe der weiteren Praxis evtl. noch feststellen, aber noch ist mir nichts Negatives aufgefallen. Klar, dass nicht alles selbsterklärend sein kann, aber dafür kann man in das Hilfe-Center schauen oder anfragen.

I have been testing Reteach LMS for some time and I am very satisfied. It is easy to use with a clear easy to manage interface, and contains all key features we need for our training objectives. Reteach has a transparent and clear pricing structure without any unexpected charges. They give the necessary support and are always willing to provide additional explanation.

Cons:

Limited user interface languages (no dutch version).
