With trust, I bought the trial version to review the product on Jan 31st. For the trial period I was connected to [sensitive content hidden] - unhappy with the features and user experience, I had a couple of meetings with him to point this out but he said it cannot be changed. I therefore cancelled both on the website and shared on email my ‘Request for Cancellation’ explaining why the product wasn’t suitable for my business on the 7th day of the trial period (Feb 7). Just a HORRIBLE & UNBELIEVABLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. Even though we’ve clear email proof for all of this - we’re unable to do anything! For small Creators and Entrepreneurs like us when every day causes severe inconvenience and business loss to us - this established company cheating us is miserable. Don’t ever TRUST GRAPHY and THEIR LIES - NEVER BUY FROM THEM! Please Stay Away and share the word in your network, really hope nobody who is an educator goes through this! I am really helpless as a big sum of my money is stuck with this unlawful seller. During this bad experience I found based on online reviews that they are a repeat offender with similar cases being listed on the web (can share screenshots) If anyone has had a similar experience, please share what we can do to get my money refunded? With Spayee, Now I’m able to overcome all the above, and it will save lots of time to focus on the course content creation rather than worrying about the technical aspects of the system. I love the flexibility that I have with course creations and landing page setups. Also it's a solid platform to build an Online Academy where your courses can be delivered due to web as well as to Apple and Android apps that benefitially will increase the sales.

Pathetic, horrible & robbing fooling people by their false commitments. The platform is good but very difficult to use by myself, Pathetic & bad experience as nobody picks up calls or provides any support. No touchpoint & no help is extended after onboarding. once payment is done & all contents are in their platform they will kick you off & not provide any support.

I have been using Graphy's LMS platform for a few years now. I am happy with the tech made available and also satisfied with the update rolled out on a regular basis.
