About Think Exam

Think Exam is a cloud-based exam solution that helps corporations, educational institutions and government agencies to create and assign tests and tasks, create and distribute instructional materials, generate custom reports and identify potential cheating.

Think Exam's features include candidate management, a central question bank, test taker panels, support for monetized test rewards and more. The solution helps users to create and manage multiple collections of questions. Questions can include unique descriptions and different difficulty levels, as well as a variety of question types such as multiple choice or short answer. Users can also add and import candidates, group similar users together and monitor candidate performance.

Additionally, Think Exam encrypts all communications with SSL encryption technology and offers mobile applications for iOS and Android devices.

Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis. Support is offered via email, live chat, phone and an online ticketing portal.

When it comes for Right Hiring, Think Exam is the right tool for skilled recruitment

I am so happy after using the Think Exam online assessment platform. I wanted to hire entry-level professionals for sales. Taking interviews was very monotonous and end up hiring the wrong candidate, but now I can evaluate each candidate based on their personality and skills. Also, It is easy for me to curate test templates according to my needs.

Pros:

Good amount of functionality. Though extremely buggy and difficult, the ability to upload many questions from a spreadsheet was (in theory) very nice. Just very difficult to actually make work.

Cons:

The tool itself was pretty buggy and overall functioned pretty poorly - but the worst part was my experience with customer support. The tool never upgraded when I purchased it and also charged me twice. I never recieved any refund and customer support has been extremely difficult to deal with. They basically stole my money and I can't reach them.

Extremely useful, extremely user friendly, extremely good features

Pros:

It took less than 20 minutes to explore the software and setup questions and go through entire cycle of creating candidate, creating questions, sending it to candidate, candidate appearing the test, viewing results etc. etc. So good in features, so simple to use, point to point. thanks to the team.

Pros:

The system is very smooth to use with a translational flow of information. You can create and assign test within a fraction. Worthy software.

Cons:

No such cons. Would suggest upgrade this version with new and advanced features. Also in the system answers on online assessments can only be right or wrong.
