I love how versatile it is. We can customise every aspect to ensure it is fit-for-purpose. This is the first time we have incorporated a program like this into our training, so ease of use was a necessity, and Tribal Habits has well exceeded all of our expectations. 10/10

Cons:

I can’t name anything because any issues we’ve had have been immediately addressed by [sensitive content hidden] and his team.

Pros:

Tribal Habits is easy to use and everything we need in a Learning Management System. The Team at Tribal Habits have been very helpful during the implementation phase and provided fabulous training and support.

Cons:

We were concerned that it didn't have a phone app, but we are able to run Tribal Habits via a browser and the training material we've created so far looks fabulous on the phone.

We took into consideration a number of factors, but ease of use was important.

A great functioning LMS

Outstanding. The best customer support you could ask for and they are constantly developing and enhancing the tool. If you're looking for a new , agile system, Tribal Habits is a great option.

The all round functionality of the system, in particular the user interface/user experience is really easy and appealing as well as being easy to administrate from the back end. The inbuilt authoring tool and library content is also a real bonus.

Cons:

Nothing to add here. If I had to to think of something maybe more extensive reporting abilities.

I can't complain about anything from a user experience point of view

What I appreciate most about Tribal Habits is how remarkably user-friendly it is. Initially, I felt a bit apprehensive about the prospect of configuring an LMS, but the setup process turned out to be remarkably hassle-free. The team is readily available to assist with any inquiries that arise during the journey. However, thanks to the extensive knowledge database at my disposal, I've managed to resolve most of my queries independently.Moreover, the inclusion of pre-made topics has been an invaluable addition to our experience. These ready-made topics have allowed me to kick off our platform with well-structured content that significantly eases the process of creating the initial material. It's a relief to know that I can utilize topics like Data Security and trust that they will stay up-to-date should any changes occur within the government regulations, which is a great weight off my shoulders. This feature enhances the platform's adaptability and ensures our compliance without constant manual updates.

Cons:

I believe there is room for improvement in the area of customization, particularly when it comes to celebratory moments like certificates. It would be highly beneficial to have the option to personalize these certificates to better reflect and highlight significant milestones, allowing for branding elements that make the achievements truly stand out.

If you want a online learning platform partner that offers second to none service and support then Tribal Habits should be on top of your list. Tribal Habits is an authentic partner that continually updates it's system and listens to the client while making system improvements were it can for the benefit of all.

I could not fault the service delivered by Tribal Habits.

A fantastic experience using Tribal Habits

We are trying to make it easier on our staff to induct a new employee. Referring new employees to Tribal Habits to learn about our company, policies and processes, frees up our staff to continue with their day to day work. We will also be using it for all training content so can be used as a refresher for existing staff.The ability to add all our company policies and track that staff have completed reading each one is a bonus.

It is only early days implementing Tribal Habits, and love how easy it is to use and add our existing training content. Also love the different format options available to make the content more interesting to users.

Cons:

Because it is only early days, I am still learning Tribal Habits, but it appears that once you understand how the software works, it becomes quicker and easier to add more content.

A Great Product, so easy to use

The Tribal Habits team was always so helpful and assistance was prompt. The process of loading courses was easy and almost fun!

Incredible value for money and so simple to use

Within a week of purchasing this product I am not only online with a customised portal , but have my first education package ready to go online next week!

Pros:

This product is so straightforward to set up and use. Many many options in setting up learning packages. Fantastic portfolio of available images to use in your own learning topics. Online Support for admins is amazing - knowledgable and responsive. This is the only such tool I found that has Australian and New Zealand customised learning already available!

Cons:

This product is still developing, and some features that I would like are not there - yet. When I have asked about features I have either been told they are in development already or that they will be looked at as future options. This is hardly a con!

Reasons for choosing Tribal Habits

All the packages I looked at were far more expensive - especially for small businesses which are typical of many AU/NZ business. Likewise most of the alternatives are not AU/NZ focussed.
