Pros:

Gestire diverse istanze nel caso di grossi progetti. Ti aiuta a gestire la quantità di utenti che accedono a una certa API o a una certa versione. Fondamentale per i rilasci così da non impattare su tutti gli utenti ma solo su una parte

Cons:

A volte può capitare che la modifica effettuata non si propaga immediatamente e ci mette un po’ a terminare le istanze che non servono più
