    Sometimes there are lags on the location of the trucks.

    Need to fix idle time record keeping

    It’s decent it does a good job of keeping a record of where I go between each job the accuracy of being at a specific location isn’t exact like I was at a Home Depot in Vero Beach and it shows that I was at Walgreens, but overall it’s not bad.

    It’s 90% accurate when it comes to driving and keeping a record of where you go and how much time you spend at each account
    Cons:
    The accuracy of idle time I’m a technician that gets graded on metrics with Azuka and I would have a perfect score if it wasn’t for my idle time and unfortunately, when I’m in remote locations where there’s no Wi-Fi cellular data it shows that my idle time can exceed over 35 to 45 minutes or when I’m driving from my home to my first destination I don’t see how that’s idle time when I’m actually driving, I would consider idle time is when just sitting in the truck with the engine on and running and not moving anywhere I think if that got fixed, myscore will be much higher

    Customer support is not the best or service branch has had four Azuga Components that has to be replaced and it’s been over 4 months with no response from Azuga customers service on replacements.

    This product is very easy to use and comes with an incredible support system from the Azuga team. I would highly recommend it
    Cons:
    The 3 year contract was a tough pill to swallow and if you lose a unit you have to pay a cancellation fee.

    Worst GPS company by far.....

    Azuga is by far the worst GPS company I have ever had to work with. The worst thing is once you figure it out and would like out of your contract because of how bad they are they want to charge over $7,000 to do so even though it is their fault you are cancelling.

    The customer service at this company is the most atrocious I have ever worked with. Also, the installers are horrible, and you will be left responsible for fixing anything they tear up on the trucks and machines.

    What I really Liked most about Azuga's Fleet program is its ability to track every location of all vehicle assets from day to day activities and how it gives you a perspective on how well your drivers are performing.
    Cons:
    What did I like least about Azuga fleet is very hard to have answered because in reality I cannot think of anything to say.

    The daily scoring and I very mindful of my driving each day. The app is easy to use on the phone. I wish we could see our co-worker scores also.
    Cons:
    Being penalized for a hard break when the break was needed to avoid an incident. Also the speed limit confusion on a couple of roads that also have an access road. The interstate may be at 70 mph, the access road at 45 mph. I will be on the interstate and my dashboard will show the 45 mph.
