Well, we use the software to creative marketing creatives for our business marketing because of the high standard they provide, as well we use the tool to target a cognitive marketing potential for our product to attract more sales, we create professional banners that looks very similar on all social media and hence helping us in brand awareness

Pros:

Well the software has professional template that can be customised to design creative ads that aligns with the brand setting due to easier customization, the integration with face and google is very straight forward and makes it more easier to deliver omnichannel ads that increase awareness and they have nice and easy documentations about the usage of the product and hence a non- technical person can use the tool

Cons:

Pricing is too big for smaller businesses to use the software and the number of credits given are too small in every package, as well they should improve the user experience since sometimes it becomes too slow to load the template and customise

So Much Potential

I thought the ai behind the tool to be very cool, customer support was friendly, I did end up cancelling and sticking to manually creating posts since I have design skills but this is definitely helpful if you don't have much design experience or want to be able to hand over some text and an image to an ai tool and see what it can come up with. I do really see a lot of potential with this, especially considering this could eventually merge with ai copywriting and ai image generation to produce ads or content entirely from a simple brief or minimal input.

Pros:

I am really excited to see how this tool will help marketers and small business owners. I think ai-generated ad creatives and social media post designs is the way of the future. It helps 'spaghetti-test' your ad ideas without investing too much time in producing many designs. Its also super useful for social media marketing where you need to produce enough content to post but may not have the time to manually design your content.

Cons:

I think the output of the designs were missing the mark at the moment, I do foresee better outputs soon as the program evolves, but at this time I felt like the ai wasn't able to produce visually appealing creative and the template selection might have been a little bit too limited at the moment.

Shocking customer support

Terrible experience. Whole company needs a redesign of its customer service processes. You can tell this is European company, the customer care is far below North American competitors.

Pros:

Good amount of variations of creatives (quality is OK for mass generated). As long as you do not require customer support the product works well.

Cons:

Terrible back office process design and customer service. No download library. Customer service who don't know the product and give wrong advice. Broken refund process in which they cancel accounts without refunding payments. I asked about the download library as I lost access to my previous downloads (an absolutely essential feature and extremely basic). I was told first there wasn't one. Fair enough. Was told also that previous downloads have a red shape around them. Tried to find creatives with a red shape around them - couldn't find any. Went back to chat support, now told I need to resubscribe to get access to old downloads. Okay I thought, download library really should be a core feature but okay, so I paid to re-sub. Turned out,still no access to my downloads, so I was told incorrectly twice I would have access and it isn't actually possible. Finally I give up and ask for a refund. No response, had to chase. No problem, was told 5 days. And now a week later I log back in and not only have I not received a refund - my subscription has been cancelled also not active even though I have paid for it!! I am counting 5 or 6 events here where the support process has failed. No one seems to care, maybe because I am on a cheaper plan but this is some of the worst experience with an app can remember. At time of writing again offered a refund (3rd time it has been promised). Yet nothing else, no gesture of credits or anything. Truly terrible. Whole company needs a redesign of its customer service processes. Check reddit for some more honest reviews of the quality of the creatives.

- The ability to create designs and banner at scale for each platform. - The score for expected performance for each creative to help us select the best one - Insights on creative performance for further optimization

Cons:

The learning curve could be made even easier specially to make it easy-to-use for traditional graphic designers, as there is always a bit of inertia involved over there. More creative options could be included to cover the entire gamut of creatives required by marketing teams, specially for solopreneurs or small teams.

My overall experience with Adcreative.ai is freaking awesome because now I don't have to spend an hour making graphic for ads.

I am using Adcreative .ai for a few months now and I am loving it because within a second it gives you different kinds of high-converting graphic design and banners for your business. It is powered by an open ai system. You can make any kind of graphic design for any platform like Facebook, Instagram google ads, Pinterest etc without hiring a freelancer just you have to open your account, upload your logo, choose the colour and click. And you will get many kinds of graphic designs and banners for your business. which is cool.

Cons:

I didn't find any negative about this platform right now.

I love using this tool to generate campaign ads because it is so easy to use and the creatives are high-quality. I love that I can create and test ads for my campaigns in only a few minutes. The AI tool is great for creating ads that will convert and this is an affordable tool that all businesses need to use. The efficiency of the visual is also something I like.

Cons:

I wish there were more templates for other social media websites.

Not good

Not a huge fan - the idea was nice but in the end, the product was almost unusable with no useful outputs.

I liked the idea of what AdCreative.ai was trying to do but the execution was flawed and buggy. Their scores were suspect and the creatives more often than not did not provide good composition. Often, the core part of the images would be out of frame and the text would be placed in awkward ways. It felt like they had dozens of templates that just placed things by default with no regard to the content length or imagery.

Cons:

There were lots of bugs at the time, losing projects created in the past, slow support, and overall development felt like it was at a standstill out of the gate.

Generate Your Own Ad Copy and Visuals Without Being a Pro

AdCreative saves me time when making ads, and it helps free up my mind to look at other possibilities for ads I hadn't considered.

Pros:

I like that AdCreative is easy to use, and that it generates dozens of examples of ad copy and visuals to help you create advertisements for social media platforms. You give it some basic info about your products and then it produces artwork and text samples for you to choose from when making your ads. Then you simply copy and paste and upload the art into your chosen platform and you're done. I also like the UI and UX, and how everything is easy to understand.

Cons:

Many of the visuals are hit-or-miss. They tend to be random combinations of elements that can either look great, decent, or awful. Thankfully there's a scoring system that helps you choose, but it really comes down to individual choice anyway.
