I was able to purchase my postage right through the website. Once you set up the account it was very fast and easy to use.

Cons:

As easy as it was to use there are other shipping options out there so you are limiting yourself by just looking at stamps.com

poor technical design and support at stamps.com

poor - I can't control my account because of the bug that won't allow me to be an administrator. Many hours on the phone with tech support and they cannot change me back to an administrator nor explain whey I got switched to a user.

The option to compare shipping prices between UPS and USPS.

Cons:

Last October 2024, Stamps.com had a major revision to their website. As a result of updates, my account change my status from administrator to user - automatically with no reason and without my consent. As a user, I cannot add funds, add users nor make any changes to the account. In fact, nobody in my company can make changes. I have spent at least 8 hours on the phone over the past six months trying to sort out the problem. The bottom line is that my account has a bug and they cannot fix it. It’s a poor platform and design. The 1800- number for help is an overseas call center and nobody has the tech expertise to fix anything; they have to call someone else so you are waiting for them to ask someone else for answers. They have a poor design and cannot even fix their own technical problems nor answer questions. I am closing my account today after giving them plenty of time to fix the problem.

Say goodbye to postage meters and hello to ease!

Experience has been great, highly recommend considering making the switch to Stamps.com from some of the other postage companies that require long contracts and big and bulky postage meters.

User friendly, easy to use, makes mailing documents and shipping packages of all sizes convenient, easy and fast. It has helped to improve our Firm's efficiency in shipping while we are saving money. We have considered other services and this platform is above all others.

Cons:

It can be clunky when creating a new label and there are saved addresses that are similar but different. Since we ship a lot to the IRS and Government Agencies, sometimes it it the same PO Box but just a slightly different zip code.

Difficult to mail

It was easy to get set up and easy to cancel, but the remainder of the product was not very worth while in the long run. Would not recommend.

I didn’t like very much. The interface was difficult to maneuver and the individual stamp sheets were extremely bulky.

Cons:

The interface, the mailing sheets, most importantly the price. It was very, very expensive to use and though they promoted that you would save money we would have actually been over budget.

I like how easy it is to use. Everything is very intuitive.

Cons:

Can probably have more functions, like notifications to both sender and recipient. Would also have been nice to be able to link to McKesson Enterprise pharmacy system so we don't have to change the address in both systems. Also wished that it integrated FedEx as well.

Convenient, easy, accurate, but monthly fee is climbing

used for a couple years. Read most of the reviews and disagree with some are clearly not factual. 1-if a paper jam or bad print you absolutely can REPRINT the label by clicking reprint at the top. 2-customer service is quick to reply during the posted business hours. 3- free usps supplies are very easy to order on the website. Like ability to add a reference name to the label

It’s convenient and a time saver. I’ve been using it for a couple years now. I like the reports for business records like tax time. As well as the tracking.

Cons:

When toggling between shippers to compare costs you need to re-enter the weight and dimensions all over again. Postage costs rise, but then so does the monthly cost, WHY? It’s the exact interface, products and process was years ago. Why does it cost more monthly for doing the same thing it did years ago? Printing labels.

A great service with a lot to offer!

Overall, this website is great. We order postage from there and I love that they have a lot of other features and services to offer. You can print postage directly onto documents/boxes/packages which is awesome and their prices are very good!

Stamps.com offers GREAT pricing. We use them frequently for business and we have had no issues with them. We got a large quantity of stamps at a really valuable price and were very excited about that.

Cons:

So far, there are no cons with Stamps.com and we have had no issues previously! I think they sometimes can be overpriced with certain things but that's not always a huge deal.
