  • The heavy customization of MieTrak opens up when you have staff that are knowledgeable about SQL and report writing. While MieTrak support will write custom reports and scripts; new users of the software would see much more creative use of the tools within MieTrak if their own staff understand the underlying system.
  • The only issues I have had with MIE Trak Pro are the few times I needed something that was not part of the design...usually related to the employee timeclock recordkeeping.

  • I use Odoo to manage multiple ventures, and it’s allowed me to help entrepreneurs, startups, and even 100 million dollar companies run with full transparency and confidence.
  • My experience with Odoo has been very disappointing. Once you become a paid client, it is extremely difficult to receive direct and proper customer support. If you encounter any issues with your account, instead of solving them, they simply redirect you to their website, leaving you without real assistance.
