A valid support for all the activities that take place in the Manufacturing to obtain continuous improvements.

Overall a useful and easy to use tool. Recommended to improve your production system.

Pros:

Good shared system accessible to all, with any type of device, which in real time allows you to check what the users are recording on the system. Interesting the "at a glance" view that analyzes globally and in more detail, thanks to the application of filters, all the results of the activities carried out by the users with the software.

Cons:

Restrictions on shift management, inability to apply different shifts to lines in the TPM module.

Have all the normal processes in a digital and a frienfly view. Also the links between the diferent categories inside the mLean.

Cons:

Conectivity with the diveces that are not Ipad. The need of dowloading a lot of different apps in the Ipad. With a new release, the need of update manually all the ipads.

The continuous customer support every step of the way through set up, implementation and use has been amazing. Most of the features are working as expected and it is really good to have all our different manufacturing tools in one place.

Lean basics are followed by Mlean

My experience with MPS is that we are moving all the teams in the supply chain and it is a necessity in our new work system actually.

Simple to use daily if it's well set up. Overall solution to help management in the shopfloor

Cons:

Collect and analyse large period of data is complicated. We have several year of utilisation and it's not friendly to manage this amount of data.

mlean is a step in the right direction

I have enjoyed using mlean. Prior to mlean we were using giant spreadsheets that could become overwhelming. Mlean has helped us to clean that up and make things easier to find, view, change and just come up in the technological world.

Pros:

I like how mlean and its various areas are all connected. It takes a lot of what would be repetitive work away. I also like its real time capabilities and at the click of a button things can be changed.

Cons:

There are some minor dislikes with mlean such as being able to put things in a particular order, can't see a flow chart in the approvals to know where in the process something has stopped and not having the capability to just notify someone of a visual standard submission and/or approval without giving them more abilities.
