We've been working with Kontainer (PIM and DAM) for over a year now, and what we value most is its ease of use. It allows us to organise ourselves quickly and efficiently when sharing information between all the company's teams: sales, marketing, production, and also with external collaborators. The platform stands out for its careful design, which helps us share visual material in a more professional and personalised way for each client. This reinforces our brand image and the experience we offer. The Kontainer team is very helpful and has supported us in all the necessary integrations with our systems, always ensuring a smooth adaptation to our needs.
Cons:
Integrations with Magento 2 are more complicated than with any other system, but this has not been a major inconvenience.

Honestly, one of the best platforms I know.

Pros:
I love so many features of the system. A full-blown consent system, allowing us to keep track of which images we are allowed to use, e very granular user/group system that we can adapt to our organisations needs. Smart folders have been a true blessing. But actually what I like the absolute most is their customer service, and the way that Kontainer actually listen to customer requests and implement A LOT of these within a very short time frame. That is a major benefit from almost all other systems and applications we use.
Cons:
Not much really. Of course we would always like even more features, but Kontainer have an unprecedented way of engaging with their customers request and wishes. As a result so many of the things we were missing og functionality we would like adapted to better fit our needs, have been fixed already.

Reasons for choosing Kontainer

Price initially. I really liked Frontify, but we wanted a product in another price category. And we have been very satisfied with choosing Kontainer.

Pros:
I like the interface that is simple yet packed with functionality. And how you're able to customize the look of subpages within Kontainer to different contexts like a website. It's also very handy to be able to mark several images and crop them to specific dimensions in one simple flow. The customer support is very help as well and gets back to you quickly.
Cons:
I miss more ways to search your images easily; for example filtering with/without people, landscape/portrait format etc. It could be an AI scanning the database to propose obvious ways to filter the images. I also miss a better and faster way to view and edit video material

We didn't have a big budget and Kontainer had a lower price tag and it is a danish company

We are very pleased with our decision to choose Kontainer. It’s a significant investment, but it has already saved us both time and money by minimizing the time spent offering our customers the ability to customize images themselves, instead of us using resources and capacity to store a large number of images. Throughout the entire process, we have been guided and received professional advice on the setup by the Kontainer team, which has been a great help to us.

The programme is very nice and user-friendly to use. It has a good and wide basic foundation that looks very professional. It is easy to adjust to your design so it is aligned with a Brand. It is not only a very useful programme for our customers, but also for us as a company beacuse it gathers all our images for the sales force and saves us a lot of time and money in storing our images. And the service and support team is very fast and helpful.
Cons:
I don't think there is any cons. If i have some challenges with the system, the support team is very helpful and help me at all times.

Overall we've been very happy with Kontainer. We've been using it for 3 years to house and share all of our finished assets with clients - thousands of photo and video assets. The permissions and user control couldn't be easier and it enables us to not only share files, but to give appropriate access to our partners so they can upload/tag files as well.

User friendly with search bar, easy to navigate with the setup. It's a great tool both internally in the company but also for the b2b partners that also use the portal a lot.
Cons:
Not much i didn't like, could be the download procedure that can be quite time consuming or that Kontainer doesn't appear when you search for it on google.
