- This is not a CRM, it is only a reporting tool, with a beautiful display for the status and stage of projects. But this tool cannot be called CRM, not designed for the people to work and maintain the records and plan on how to improve the customer.
- Prospect CRM is very good with issuing quotations & it works well with Sage 50. And very easy for reminders, love the dashboard as it give a great summary, search works great & give all the infor required, etc.
- they dont read the messages and then also respond with stupid messages like, once the data is uploaded you will love it, problem is 24 hours into uploading and nothing is working and they still say the same thing.
