Levitate is complete. The platform is great to monitor client interaction. The feature of placing information directly into Wealthbox is a plus for us. We enjoy the new articles and sending letters is easy.

Honestly, there is not one thing that we dislike.

I like that my account manager is always readily available for any questions I may have. I also enjoy the easy layout of the platform and variety of creative to use and customize. The A.I feature is also a great addition and super helpful.

Cons:

My only con would be the limit of emails that you can send out. Our company has a huge database of contacts, and it can sometimes take weeks for all the emails to send out.

Interesting Concept that Did Not Work

It is an interesting concept that doesn’t work. It is rather expensive and all the emails they send clients are not personalized. Our office used it for a year and had no results.

The team was nice and helpful. The AI response to reviews worked well. People appreciate being remembered on their birthdays.

Cons:

It simply did not produce positive results. Keeping in touch with clients, current and past , is important. However, the majority of consumers do not appreciate receiving newsletters and other information emailed to them. Many clients who were fully satisfied with my services requested to be removed from the mailing list. It was very expensive considering the poor results.

I really appreciate Levitate’s template library. Having a steady stream of fresh, well‑crafted ideas makes content creation faster and easier, especially for small teams.

Cons:

The platform is strong overall. My only minor challenge was getting familiar with where everything lives in the dashboard, but that's a common learning curve with most anything.

Our open rate with Constant Contact was consistently low, and many of our emails seemed to land in clients’ spam folders. After switching to Levitate, we saw a completely different outcome, our open rate has increased dramatically.

Easy to learn, rapidly adding features, fantastic customer service

The more I incorporate all the features that are available, the more I come to appreciate it's overall value. My intent was to use it mostly for existing client communications, as I was not planning on growing my business anymore, but the great experience so far is making me consider adding a new service line to my business because I can glimpse how effective marketing it could be using Levitate.

Ease of use. I've previously used an email campaign software that looked more like it was made for developers and programmers rather than having a UI that was consumer friendly. Syncing into my CRM and contacts was a breeze. Learning curve is virtually none, it's all very well designed and easy to pick up.

Cons:

I think it's quite pricy compared to some of the alternatives, but the pace of progress on new features and customer service detail is very, very good.

Levitate is very user friendly and has many perks. Perks like linking to google so we can better manage our google business accounts. Also using AI to help make better flow for our emails.

Cons:

It can be overwhelming. There are many added benefits that we pay for but do not use simply because it is too much for one person to do alone.

It's been great. [sensitive content hidden] is wonderful and we love her - she has helped us make campaigns and stay on top of using the platform.

Levitate is easy to use, comprehensive, and is such good bang for the buck. We do not have to think much when setting up a campaign for email or social media - the platform does it all and the quality of the templates are really really good. We have used other marketing agencies and firms in the past and Levitate blows them all away.

Cons:

Nothing. Seriously. The experience has been great so far for the six or seven months we've been using the platform and are even moving on to the website management as well.

Levitate.ai helps me keep everything in one place. I like being able to use the texting automations, schedule social media posts, and look back at the calendar to see what’s already gone out. It makes planning and staying organized much easier.

Cons:

I really wish Levitate.ai had a photo gallery for texting, with an easy way to save and reuse images. I’d also love the ability to post more photos on social media, since visuals are such a big part of engaging content. When I email images, they often resize once sent, and images in text messages can get really distorted, which makes it harder to share visuals the way I intend.
