Send Jim is a direct mail software solution designed to streamline the direct mail process for businesses. Best direct mail automation platform I have found

SendJim is a fantastic product and I would highly recommend them to any business looking increase the lifetime value of their existing customers and find new ones.

Pros:

SendJim takes care of the things I know I should do but I don't have time for. Once the automation was setup (which they helped with), I never have to log back in. They are also a very small US based team so their support is great.

Cons:

It would be great if they also could automate things like text messages.

Pros:

Very easy to send postcards, letters, goodies to specific addresses. For us, houses around our current customers.

Cons:

It would be nice to have it cancel cards on existing customers homes.

We are looking into updating the API integration with CRMs where when someone becomes a customer, they are removed from Neighbor Mailing sequences or Radius Bombs. Just know, we can help you remove customers from those sequences manually or we can show your team how to manually remove those people from future mailings until the integrations have been updated.

Credit based pricing is misleading

I definitely wish I'd done my own research instead of choosing SendJim just because it was being promoted within my circle of networking contacts.

Pros:

direct mail is a great strategy in general, and this tool brought it to a bunch of people who weren't previously using it.

Cons:

When I actually did the math to see how much people are being charged for gifts I nearly choked. There are much better alternatives on the market for a fraction of the price.

Easy to set up and utilize. We love the gift options for clients and it linking with our dispatch account for when new leads come in, seeing when a job is complete to then automatically send out mailers to potential clients in the area we recently serviced

Cons:

I wish that they had an option for e-gift cards for their gifts

It’s easy, intuitive, and fast. It’s also super specific if you want it to be. I can send stuff to just one side of the street if I want to.

Cons:

It costs money. Probably a fair amount. But there it is.

Printing Issues

Overall, great idea/concept but needs some quality control implementation to make a better first impression

It's pretty easy to set up and integrate with your CRM software. Great customer service!

Cons:

On multiple occasions, the mailers that we received had printing errors where it didn't line up right or maybe they weren't cut evenly. Was very poor quality.

SA integration is good, automates neighbors mailing in a way that nothing else can

Cons:

I do not like the radius bomb for commercial addresses.

I love the sequences I can build and then just automate them to go out.

Cons:

I really love this software, but maybe have more card options even though they have a ton to choose from.

It is incredibly easy to connect sending real-world items to customers and prospects using CRM automation. Delivering hand written post cards and letters along with baked goods! We have tied it into our automation tool to allow us to design unique deliveries that are time relative to the recipient.

Cons:

They don't offer Rice Krispie treats yet.
