    The ease of getting set up. You can start with a cheaper monthly fee until you realize what you all want to do/need with the program. Easy to get items uploaded and also upload customer list. The integration is amazing for the price.
    Cons:
    I don't have much I don't like about it. Maybe the reporting could be a little more depth.

    SendJim takes care of the things I know I should do but I don't have time for. Once the automation was setup (which they helped with), I never have to log back in. They are also a very small US based team so their support is great.
    Cons:
    It would be great if they also could automate things like text messages.

    Warning to potential users

    After my free trial i thought there services were a good fit for my small compqny so I had desposited $700 to my account as an initial amount to use with them. After a little more research i decited it was not going to be the best route to use after all. I inquired about withdrawing the $700 i had deposited and to my dismay and show i was told i could not get my money back... so it stays with them and incures a 3 a month maintence fee. Months later i am not charged $29.99 with no explanation. I am considering this fraudulent and an incredibly poor way to do buisness. If somone wants to get a refund who has a made the wrong choice its normal to refund the money. At best this is dishonorable

    It is cool to be able to ingrate the crm with our own crm which makes it a lot easier to use.
    Cons:
    The quality- some cards are shifted and not printed good. Most of them are damaged during delivery.

While we do our best to protect our postcards from postal burns with a UV Coating, they can, unfortunately, still happen when they are sorted multiple times, like when a card is returned to sender. However, any shifted or miscut postcards are not up to our standards.     Ease of use and pricing. The client support is also very good.
    Cons:
    I would like to see the images when I click on them. Currently we have to use the edit button to see the front and back. It would be helpful to see it in full before we edit. It would help us pick the right one and make it faster to determine the right one to edit.
