About ShareDocView

ShareDocView is a cloud-based document and file sharing software, it allows users to share their documents with specific links for each marketing channel (ex. Linkedin, Website, Cold Email campaigns, etc) and even unique individuals (ex. Potential customers and sales leads). Users can always find out who viewed or download their documents, even how many pages or slides they were viewed.

You can set your document links to be:

Public (viewable by anyone but not downloadable)
Public and downloadable by anyone
Anyone can view but an email needs to be provided to download the document
Email needs to be provided to be viewed
Whenever users ask for emails they can also ask it to be verified
For extra security users can add a watermark or even a password

For each link users can decide to get email notifications for each view or download.

Users can get detailed reports on which documents have been viewed or downloaded the most so that they can understand what products or services are gathering the most interest or even figure out which variations of their sales presentations are getting the most leads.

Very smart software. Makes sharing a doc a breeze! It has become a cornerstone of my daily workflow very quickly.

Cons:

There are a lot of integration with other software that could be developed. Looking forward to it

Pros:

ShareDocView is extremely straight forward and easy to use. The most important feature is the analytics feature that can provide with the insights into how many people are viewing or interacting with the files. It is crucial for me to understand the file access "Traffic", like how I monitor my website. It also helped me to understand the effectiveness of my promotional campaigns or marketing efforts. Creating a quantitative performance measurable!

Cons:

Most things are basic and easy to use which are their pros. If I really had to put cons on this product, it is the ability to share across a lot more different types of files (E.g. Videos, images, product template files or even links) - Currently I overcome them by putting the links of files into PDFs and upload the PDF instead. I will be great to be able to directly input the other file types.

Reasons for switching to ShareDocView

For PDF and words, document type files. I can rely on the Analytics here with ShareDocView! No need to always point my clients to Dropbox or pCloud.

I was originally excited about this system as it met a need - based on my experience the system is no longer supported and just being kept up to fleece new users

Cons:

Terrible execution. Doesn't work, all my client data has been withheld. Support is non-existent.

Found My Go To Software - Just What I was Looking For

I was so excited when I came across ShareDocView. I was in the market for a document-sharing program, and when I found ShareDocView, I was even more surprised that it's so much more than just a document-sharing platform. I love that you can create campaigns, view the analytics, set document protections, and see analytics on how often your document has been viewed. I took a test drive with their free account and was impressed with how easy it is to use, upload your documents, and share them. That's when I knew it was a no-brainer, and I had to purchase this software. The ease of accessing the documents for your end user is super simple and quick too. I highly recommend this product for your document-sharing needs.

I like that it's easy to work around and use plus it makes my managing of documents and files much simpler

Cons:

Sometimes my files keep disappearing when I use the search bar despite them being available when I manually search for them

Easy to use Be able to password protect Simple function to send and manage documents online by a linkage instead of sending bulk documents

Cons:

Once the document uploaded has bugs/ issues, reported and it was attended to too much branding

A WONDERFUL alternative to DocSend, which has become extraordinarily expensive.

Cons:

UI/UX could always be 'sexier', though that is certainly a 'first-world' complaint; there's really nothing in need of improvement

A must have for all Agencies looking to protect their IP assets

it assist in protecting our IP assets to a huge extent; of course with further development, i hope the software will further enhance this capability. Being able to track and analyze where my clients interests are is also a very good thing as well, contributing to a higher % of sales conversion.

Cons:

Enterprise pricing isnt straightforward. But the process with a video call with the developer was indeed fast.

Affordable doc share solution

Before using this tool I was thinking it would be a boring and useless platform because there are many applications are already available in the software market, but when I first tried this tool, I was completely surprised because of its smart and modern functionalities. In this smart world, document sharing has become very common. Since I have been using ShareDocView, it has become easy to share documents with links. It is good at giving correct analytics. I can easily view the history of documents like who has viewed them and when each and everything it will inform me. It is a smart development that has proved to be a time saver platform.

Cons:

It is a nice platform with amazing features and functionalities. Honestly saying there is nothing to be disliked about ShareDocView. I am a satisfied user of it because I am getting positive responses in our organization just because of the help of this tool.
