- SoCi has made it incredible easy to manage multiple social media accounts at one time and has made promoting the small business I work for an incredibly easy task.
- We had a lot of problems with set up and poor customer support from the SoCi team.
- One improvement we would love to see is a different way of organizing requests after they are sent out. While the existing filters are a nice feature, it would be very helpful to organize requests by the date of a specific campaign and then quickly narrow the list down to contacts who did not leave a review.
