They are a startup that customers are evolving alongside. I find that the platform has continued to improve in the months I've been using it -- as with any startup, change is going to be a part of the company. I've found that the changes they've made have improved my experiences as a user. Keep in mind: Vainu focuses on company information and it's not a database of contact details. However, they have a nice LinkedIn integration available for finding decision makers.
