Warmup Inbox is an email warming tool that works to improve domain reputation and email deliverability rates. The warming tool also decreases the likelihood of your inbox and domain being added to any blacklists or deactivated for suspicion of spam. It is recommended to use Warmup Inbox for at minimum 45-90+ days in order to take full advantage of the benefits that come with warming up an inbox. However, the longer you keep your email address synched to our platform the more reputable your inbox becomes over time, so we recommend keeping your inbox synched up to our platform for as long as you are actively using your inbox.

Great solution, definitely better than the competing product

Easy to use, nice GUI. VERY responsive support willing to help ASAP. I always get quick replies. The product does the job.

Pros:

Easy to use, competetive pricing, especially if you compare to competing products when it comes to no of emails sent/day. On basic plan you get 75 and the other emails where traffic is generated are really from different providers (Microsoft, Google) and real accounts from other users. So it's not like a few fake accounts created by the warmup company.

Cons:

Pro plan price is to high, it would be great to migrate selected features from pro to basic plan

just waste of time

Ohh worst company we've ever used. even they not complete monthly 1.000 mail sending for 3 months. Their support team hasnt got any talent to solve a problem. All they say ''our tech team on it'' At the beginning they promise to complete 1.000 mail campaign but we already reach 3 months and their campaign start everyday 2-3 days and return to beginning and worst part they cant do anything for it. Really not worth it. If you wanna waste your money just keep with them

We like it's simple UI/UX and great support along with the affordability of solution. It's easy to connect and value for money.

Cons:

When it comes to features, they still doesn't have features like AI content and more but again when it comes to cost, it's a no brainer. If they can improve the email content more, then it's gonna be great.

Great Gmail warm-up. Refunded more that expected.

1. They refund three months we were not using the service, even though we asked only for the last month refund. That's says a lot. 2. Gmail warm-up worked very good. And helped to have a good start

Cons:

Hotmail doesn't work. They offer Hotmail warm-up but it didn't work for us. I beilieve it doesn't work for any such service, not particularly Warm-up Inbox

I didnt get to use it as I realised I didnt need it ..... yet. [sensitive content hidden] was extremely helpful in refunding me, very honest. I will be back when I need to ramp up in the future as it was easy to set up and the pricing was ideal.

Solid warmup tool for your primary inbox

So far so good. I think it's a good warmup tool for primary email accounts and a reasonable price.

Amazing Product & Customer Service

Overall, I would rate it a 6 out of 5 especially considering today's ecosystem we live in![sensitive content hidden] , the CS rep, was super responsive and amazing as well.

Pros:

I had just upgraded from their basic plan to their pro plan and had to pause the inbox whilst I was doing the upgrade. As soon as I upgraded, I ran into an issue, so hit up Customer Service and within 30 seconds I was connected to someone who guided me through it (it was a silly error from my end). The CS rep, [sensitive content hidden] , was very very helpful! She even gave me some tips as to best practices for setting up. Apart from the amazing customer service (which you don't see too much of nowadays), the product is amazing.. I signed up to it on the basic plan 35 days ago, and the product has increased my email deliverability so much that I decided to purchase the larger pro package. What a great product.

Cons:

Honestly, there isn't much to dislike about Warmup Inbox
