    The ease of setting up Channels and getting live was fast. I felt the onboarding specialist were very knowledgable and responsive.
    Cons:
    Training was complicated and could be made a lot easier. It comes over highly technical and I think the Channel Engine Academy should be reviewed.

    We're missing the possibility to chat to our customers in Channel Engine. The customer support now needs to log in to dozens channels to talk to the customers. Another integrator has this function.

The automation of order processing, stock updates, and pricing saves us a lot of time and reduces manual errors. We also appreciate the wide range of integrations and the excellent customer support. It’s a scalable solution that grows with our business needs.
    Cons:
    Some parts of the platform could benefit from more flexibility, such as custom mapping options or more detailed error messages during product synchronization. The user interface is generally intuitive, but at times, it takes a few extra clicks to reach key settings. But overall, it’s a great tool.
