Helium 10 2026: Benefits, Features & Pricing

I use the free version and it does what it says. The paid version is awesome but I use other tools to fill in the gaps. I think it is great and we all need to do research for SEO and this is great.

I have not found any issues yet but am using the simple or free version in my browser.

Import listing from Amazon is my favorite feature, super easy to update and create listings as well as using scribbles/frankenstein to optimize. 10/10

Sometimes it's hard to toggle between different features when working on listing optimization, this is only difficult when you are working on a listing that has TONS of child variations, not too bad but can be difficult

Easy to use they are not customer focused.

Customer service is unacceptable. I wanted to cancel the subscription; they suggested I pause it instead, which I agreed to. I thought: why not, if I ever wanted to restart again, I will just notify them. Little did I know, they restarted my subscription without my consent 3 months later. Within less than 24 hours I asked for refund. They refused to issue the refund for something that I didn't even use. Instead they suggested to issue credits for that amount. Unbelievable... And from reading other reviews, I can see other people had the same issue... This is absurd. Never had a company refuse to issue a refund for a product or service that I didn't use.

Helium 10 have the accurate information about Amazon (in more than 4 countries). It’s very necessary if you are work with Amazon.

Certain features work well. They come out with new features frequently. Be careful to vet new features before using as this company has a tendency to release features that appear to be half-baked and not quite ready to go to market.

Portals: they allowed me to create a portal (landing page) due to a glitch. I should never have been able to at my price tier of Platinum. I created collateral and included an insert in my packaging leading customers to the portal. The portal has a 100 page view limit, essentially making it useless. They say I have to go to their next price tier of Diamond ($250/mo) to remove this limit. At no time when creating the portal was I made aware of the limit. I also purchased a domain through Helium 10. Any domain purchased with Helium 10 has a limitation that it can ONLY BE USED FOR PORTALS. This limitation is not specified when purchasing. Now I've been trying to get them to migrate the domain to AWS for several weeks now and their development team is continuing to work on it. I'm now sending out collateral containing a landing page that goes nowhere because I don't want to upgrade to diamond. My packaging contains a 'products@MYURL.com' that isn't hooked up to a web server because the domain contains a limitation of only being useful for landing pages created through Helium 10 (again, they do not specify this limitation when selling you the domain) and I'm completely screwed if my customers follow my insert or try to reach me by email. Their support team continues to assure me that this will be addressed. They've been doing it for about 3 weeks now.

I have a love hate relationship. For months it could work great. But then all of a sudden I notice it is giving wrong best sellers rank (BSR) data on the chrome extension. It's a shame, but we need accurate data if we want to do in depth research. It's just not always that reliable. If they can fix the bugginess, the could be one of the top amazon seller software tools.

I do online arbitrage and FBA at Amazon. I've tried many software so far, but they haven't worked well. I was having trouble finding products and even trying to install products manually. While searching on the internet, I saw helium 10 and decided to try it. First I bought the trial version and used it, the result is amazing! It is both very easy to use and very clear. Competitive analysis is also very good. I believe I can sell a lot of products using Helium 10.

It may be cheaper because I live here in Turkey, and unfortunately very expensive dollars
