ServiceOS vs Trello: Which is best for you?

The system is quite complex but with help from ServiceOS support, we were able to adapt it to our needs.

It is not particularly user-friendly, for the layperson, I still find it difficult to use and change the many things I need to keep updated. When it goes down in the system, getting them sorted takes too long and can harm the business profile.

I love the automations, allowing me to renew weekly/monthly tasks where I can set the target dates to recur in a week, one month etc.

Trello lacks any kind of admin priveleges, user restrictions or any kind of board management options, and while that’s great for simplicity and flexibility it can lead to accidental deletion and data loss in collaborative environments.
