Scalable, easy to use system $0 licensing cost.

Excellent value for money as there is no licensing cost. The other systems are charging per user licenses and records stored.

Pros:

OpenDQ has really changed the way we manage our data. It’s fast, flexible, and extremely easy to work with, and the scalability has been outstanding. We haven’t seen another platform that brings together this level of depth across data quality, MDM, rules engine, knowledge graphs, and full Customer/Product 360. The AI/ML features are used in a very practical way—helping the user without compromising trust, always with review and control built in. The zero‑license‑cost model is a huge advantage since we don’t have to worry about record counts, CPUs, servers, or user limits we have full freedom. Integration with Azure and our other systems has been excellent. Overall, OpenDQ delivers far more than we expected.

Cons:

Documentation can be improved. More training videos can help. Post more video in public domains like YouTube with in-depth explanations.

Solid value with out license cost, Customer 360 is a big positive in the product

Migrated to OpenDQ MDM from an expensive legacy top-tier MDM solution. Remarkable Processing speeds and we are very happy with this solution
