- Acuity integrates well with Google Suite & our staff use it daily to manage their schedules, particularly for meetings with clients, potential clients & the public.
- it has limmited plan functions, limited payemnt menthod to choose from, and also it has limited customer support.
- The main feedback I have for suggestion is to add an option for detailed filtering when exporting patient charts (ex. practitioner, type of service, date, etc.), as this would be much more convenient for when we receive requests for charts with specific date ranges and we need each practitioner to review their own notes before sending.
- We also find the direct billing of Telus Health not as clean and easy as just doing it manually with the other insurance companies.
