- I rely daily on several of their outstanding tools, including the auto debit system and care plan calculator, which simplify the payment process for both provider and patient, facilitating smooth transactions and adding significant value to patient care.
- At times I do find that Cash practice systems can be simplified, as well find areas of improvement when it comes to staying a little more current and user friendly.

- ChiroTouch raised the level of protection of our patient records, has excellent response to any issues that arise and require tech support, and has completely streamlined our scheduling process and file management.
- Learning curve for new billers; training is needed to fully leverage billing features. While working an ERA, sometimes having to leave the ERA to make corrections to a patient ledger then going back into the ERA can be time consuming if there are many errors.
