Envoy vs FacilityOS: Which is best for you?

It's helpful that you get a notification when your visitor signs into the building (saves front desk messaging your separately, very helpful if they are busy)

There was an issue with getting app to stop suggesting host name - we can't have that due to GDPR, it took a while to be solved and took few tries from Customer Service.

Facility OS is a Great tool for managing visitor access and safety, especially in regulated environments like our Blaine facility.

I also noticed that certain parts of the system didn’t feel as smooth or intuitive as others, so you had to click around a bit to find what you needed. Once you got used to it, it was manageable, but the learning curve could be frustrating at first.
