- It's helpful that you get a notification when your visitor signs into the building (saves front desk messaging your separately, very helpful if they are busy)
- There was an issue with getting app to stop suggesting host name - we can't have that due to GDPR, it took a while to be solved and took few tries from Customer Service.

- Visitors find it useful and easy to use, customization is good to present my brand rather than Eptura's, so it really shows as my company.
- The couldn't fix custom badges in regards to images added, we ended up having to delete the images and re-add them over and over, eventually gave up and reverted to text.
