Very good, but some features should be upgraded, especially map of the parking lot to better find spots

Pros:

Very easy way to book a parking spot and desk. You can choose place. You can also find your coworker in the office on the map

Cons:

I don't like map of the parking. When i book random parking spot i cannot find it on the map, because map is weak

What I liked most about Tidaro is how fast and intuitive the application is. The user interface is clean, modern, and easy to navigate, which makes daily tasks more efficient. Cons:

One thing I missed while using Tidaro is the limited admin functionality in the mobile app. While the web version provides a wide range of management options, the mobile version feels more restricted. Expanding admin capabilities on mobile would make it more versatile and convenient for on-the-go management.

We chose Tidaro because it is more intuitive and better aligned with the needs of our company compared to other alternatives. Tidaro is very easy to use and has an intuitive interface. I especially liked how quickly I can book a desk or a space, and the real-time availability is extremely helpful. The notifications and instant confirmations also make the whole process smooth and efficient.

Cons:

Sometimes the map or availability takes a bit longer to load, especially during peak usage. I would also appreciate a few extra features, such as the ability to save favorite spots or a more visual calendar view.

Tidaro administrator and user review

The application is user friendly. The manuals are well done. My colleagues got used to app fast. If we ask for a change or any fix everything is proceed promptly. I really like the graphics of the application!

Pros:

Very effective communication from the beginning. Our needs were met and on some we are still waiting. But we were informed ahead of time that it might take longer. During the onboarding process and kick off, the support team was available for our requests.

Cons:

I have nothing to complain about. The only one thing which I would do differently was to try to transfer booked slots from old application (previous vendor) to Tidaro just to keep users happy. I didnt have this option on mind during the onboarding, so the users had to book everything again when switching to Tidaro. Some of them were not happy because they lost their booked desks or spots for couple days.

The provider is not on the list so I chose random. We had list of top 4 and we chose Tidaro.

Reliable and Easy-to-Use Parking Reservation App

Pros:

We really like the Tidaro app and primarily use it for parking reservations. It is intuitive, easy to use, and works reliably. So far, we have not encountered any major issues, and it fully meets our expectations.

Cons:

As mentioned above, we are currently fully satisfied with the app. The only downside is the price, which is slightly higher than our business requirements, but quality comes at a cost.

Tidaro was better option for our case with parking and desk booking
