- Other than needing to create some of my own unique intake forms, there is already so much available on the portal itself that is formatted better than I could have written myself.
- Email program does not have advanced features, such as capability to use different fonts, underline, bold, and italicize text.
- Osmind is very easy to use with a simple user interface that includes the essentials without including so much that you’re overwhelmed or bogged down with info.
- The Athena portal that you have to log into online in my experience has always been extremely slow and glitchy and rather frustrating to navigate.
