Qualifacts Credible vs Sessions Health: Which is best for you?

The chat support and ticket system is excellent—whenever I have questions or need assistance, the support team is readily available and incredibly helpful and tickets are promptly responded to.

It's like Qualifacts Credible does not have enough resources to support users working in the system, running ad hoc reports, using BI, etc.

I am a private practitioner and have used lots of different EMR systems - BestNotes, TheraNest, Simple Practice, and PracticeQ. I think Sessions Health is the best value, as it includes most, if not all, of the features of the high end systems, but at a much lower cost.

The billing tasks, i.e. uploading insurance and payment cards, on the client portal is not so intuitive and clients often miss it initially.
