Sessions Health vs Valant EHR Suite: Which is best for you?

I am a private practitioner and have used lots of different EMR systems - BestNotes, TheraNest, Simple Practice, and PracticeQ. I think Sessions Health is the best value, as it includes most, if not all, of the features of the high end systems, but at a much lower cost.

The billing tasks, i.e. uploading insurance and payment cards, on the client portal is not so intuitive and clients often miss it initially.

Valant EMR streamlines billing and record keeping very well and provides a Hippa compliant avenue through which all client and therapist communications regarding treatment, billing and scheduling can occur through this confidential portal.

It goes down and can be glitchy more often lately and this creates frustration on our team and takes our time to manage impact this has on clients.
