Solid AI/ML Optimized Cloud NMS

Really good - have access to their leadership and felt like I was able to influence their product roadmap - they listen to their customers.

Pros:

Leading edge tech stack - cutting back on the noise of NMS monitoring alerts/events. Helps orchestrate multiple platform vendors.

Cons:

Early stage product that is constantly adding capability - limited monitoring library at beginning that has kept growing.

Thanks for your review! Indeed, we keep enhancing our solution's functionality. We are now upgrading to the latest version with rich reports, enhanced detection capabilities, enhanced end to end visibility from a single pane and more integrations That's being added to our favorite features - correlated and analyzed anomalies, early warning etc.
