- OneCause works perfectly for my large scale nonprofit events. While some other softwares tout themselves as being "free", I find that OneCause is worth the investment as it provides a seamless experience for guests and comprehensive event management for me.
- There have only been a few things I did not like about OneCause's mobile bidding platform, mostly dealing with file types and image hosting on a thirdparty platform (dropbox) BUT those have issues have been resolved with their new platform :)
- Bidding and payments were easy to manage for both bidders and admin, and the fee structure is unlike any other – it's such a wonderful tool for nonprofits to be able to maximize their fundraising while using such a helpful site. And, the customer support team is friendly and always available to assist!
- Some functionality was a bit clunky for our needs and integrating with live auctioning.
