About Cheddar Up

At Cheddar Up, our mission is to provide tools that help groups and organizations easily collect payments and information so they can save time, do more, and support and grow their communities.

Groups and nonprofits use Cheddar Up to collect payments for anything – donations, fundraisers, membership dues and fees, merchandise sales, group gifts, events, and more.

With Cheddar Up, you can create custom forms, too, so you can capture all the information you need including waivers with e-signatures, item variations (e.g. t-shirt size, color),and registrations.

Pros:

Our organization has been able to streamline all of our sign-ups, volunteers, sponsorships, and merchandise sales in one location. We love that we can assign different collections to different members. The customer support we have received has been incredible! Always fast & they fix our issues right away.

Cons:

The hardest part for a non-profit is getting our sponsors & families to help with covering the convenience fees. Everyone is starting to understand the costs associated with the convenience of using a credit card, so that is getting easier.

Great page to make fundraising easy!

The set up of our page was very easy and manage. Users like how easy it has been to use to support our fundraiser. I also love the reports and all the fields you can include to collect data.

Great expeirence

Great tool. I have a lot going on, and I needed a way to post and allow purchases quickly without a whole store setup. The way it works makes showcasing my collections and collecting money for multiple streams so easy. I started getting sales within the hour I posted the link!

Use Cheddar Up to Collect for your Group

Our hiking group needed a way to collect donations to cover our annual expenses and some swag items. Cheddar Up was perfect. No one had a problem donating, and we used all of the shares including a QR code, texting, and web link.

Cheddar Up Makes Business Accessible and Manageable

Easy, I also loved the flow between app and website. The app could be optimized in terms of visuals and formatting a bit but it's really not a bad app. Great service, highly recommend.

Makes business operations accessible and less chaotic. They have a somewhat affordable plan range and convenient design.

Cons:

There were issues on the customers end, although to be fair, it could be because of issues on their end, instead of Cheddar-Up's end. Overall, I really don't have any complaints.

I setup our Makers Market, and I must say—setup was a breeze! Everything was well-organized and easy to create.

Cons:

The cons included self teaching myself how to setup the site. However, after the first time of setting this up- you are ready to take on the world!

Amazing Product

So far Cheddar up has been amazing. It is easy to use and manage for all of our PTA needs. Transferring money into our account has also been quick and easy.

The ease of setting up collections and sales. We love the ability to send out links for our sales as well as collect payments in person

Cons:

We haven't found a downside yet. I guess is there was something I would improve would be the ability to add at least one more user to the account instead of having to upgrade to the teams account

30th Class Reunion

This platform has made collecting funds for our 30th class reunion easy. People are very skeptical of providing their personal information to platforms, so cheddar made it easy.

Cons:

Paying for templates. I originally set up a template and didn't realize I was in a paid template, so I lost all the information.
