I have been able to create every category I need for my organization, every donation level, every way to sort AND I do not have to be a software designer to understand and use the program.

Cannot use from our home computers through the internet.

It meets all of my gift processing, grant writing, event planning, donor relations and communication needs. AND the DP team is very helpful and responsible when I need them.

The structure of records is lacking in certain features like household records, soft credit donations, and the ability to distinguish gifts from event registrations.
