Pros:

Cashfree is clean, fast and fuss-free. Dashboard is clear and we can keep up our finger on the business pulse. Paypal etc are all integrated into it eliminating the need for multiple gateways. Support is an email away. We have had very few issues in the 3 years that we have been using it for our ecommerce. Thank you.

Configuring your dream to cashfree

My experience was pathetic, the best part of this professional word that they can ignore your calls and problems which is not a abuse but when things go out of the bucket you can’t use any foul language because that’s not professionalism. So cashfree is more inclined or divert your entertainment towards ethic rather than talking about solution. If you have chatgpt subscription then you would love to work with them. Company is promoting itself on shark tank but they don’t have enough people in the organisation to work or get things done on time.which we have to bare because at the end we have the reputation infromt of our customer. Once an agent is always an agent so if you get stuck you will not have the right answer to it, they are interested in that 1-2%. This was my experience and I have wasted my energy and time, only good thing I can do is save others time by writting this. Thankyou

Cashfree is one of the best payment gateway supports multiple payment methods like debit card, credit card, internet Banking, upi payments etc. Clean user interface helps to make payments easily. The amount will be settled instantly is a great feature. We can easily view transaction reports monthly or weekly.

Overall, the experience after on-boarding has been wonderful. While we have not had to reach out to the account manager often, we have gotten the required support when we did.

Integration was easy. Also, the charges levied are least out of all the payment gateways. There are no one time integration charges unlike some others.

Cons:

On-boarding took a bit time and there were some errors in the login credentials which were resolved after contacting the account manager.

Pros:

This software have many features such as cashgram, deposit to customer etc.. these are much advanced features and working well. Its UI is much good loocking and their is support team is very fast.

Cons:

They are taking a lotof time to verify my documents . initially when i submitted my douments they said it will be done in 48hrs but it took nearly one week. one more thing is we need to do security deposit for international payments.
