An amazing experience of using PayRequest

PayRequest is a user-friendly service with a free plan, however it charges a 1% fee on all payments. They have a pro option for roughly $20 a month that allows customers to subscribe. It's ideal for low-value transactions and large-scale customer settlements (because there is no need to issue invoices as in bank transfers). Contracting with individual clients rather than a firm is simple. You can move to the production environment with confidence because it can be proven in the test environment before production is introduced. It greatly aided my company by not delaying other clients' payments, which resulted in greater revenue.

We send the link to collect a payments, Till now it was failed. also they dont have proper customer support

We did not like anything from this software, since its not user friendly as we expected

Game changer when it comes to payment processing

We were using the tool to manage and process all payments. We had experienced fraud cases before but since the introduction of the Pay Request, I can say we are happy. No single case reported.

What i like about the tool is that it has a security feature that assist in processing online payment without fear of an adversary. You are also allowed to process multiple payment without any challenge.

Cons:

So far we have not experienced any challenge so far, it has been working exemplary well.

Payment is managed efficiently, and it's superficial to foreshadow how much a project will cost, all thanks to the mechanisms used to supervise staff. It is an efficient and easy-to-use financial data analytics system, and its financial reporting components are among the best in the industry.

Cons:

Allowing collaborators into the account with limited access should be a benefit, especially for the scope of remote-based companies. If I require an invoice for my job, it will help if I could do it myself without waiting for the administration department to do it.

Dynamic links and donations integrates with Stripe and Multisafepay

PayRequest is a friendly service and has a free plan, but it takes 1% commission of the payments. They have pro option for about $20 a month which allows subscriptions form the customers.

Dynamic Links are easy to use and modify. For example, Domain.com/company-name/4 will bring a payment page with $4 request. Changing the 4 in the link, and you can change the amount quickly and easily. The second feature that is cool is the donations page. Step by step directions help the customer make the payments or a custom donation amount. Branding is another pleasant option that you can upload your logo and background. Colors can be changed. An option to change the font would be a bonus if they could add it. Finally, there is a test mode to try out payments before actually taking the payments. Using the test mode avoids surprises when doing a refund from stripe. Stripe does not refund the fees even for a return.

Cons:

There is not an option for the customer to select his own currency. You can select the currency in the admin panel, but all the links use the same currency. If they can add this feature, then we would be willing to pay extra for it. Otherwise, it is simple to use and easier than Braintree and others.

Reasons for choosing PayRequest

I would not recommend Braintree nor paypal because they are more expensive.

The statements or report on the money transfers are very detailed. Interface elements are easy to understand. We've never experienced any problems with compatibility or synchronization.

Cons:

I have rarely encountered system bugs, but you need not be concerned. Immediately, customer support jumped on the issue and stayed alongside me until the error was rectified.

Reasons for switching to PayRequest

Not many user are using and familiar with Braintree, which is the main reason we are switching off to PayRequest.

PayRequest is a all-in-one payment management platform that brings more than just accepting payments, rather it unifies various functionalities like management of your customers and clients data, payments insights, clients subscription management, donations and others. With its integration with global payment gateways like Paypal and Stripe, it allows payment processing from clients from all over the world. It helps create payments links and pages which you share with your clients and customers to make it easier and convenient for them to make their payments. The subscription functions makes it easy to manage the subscription clients and even offers a billing portal for the clients to access and self-service their subscriptions.
