Jamf Pro offers powerful capabilities however, user experience could be improved and in the future perhaps it can multi-tenant support where you can replicate a tenant to another which can potentially be useful for when company mergers happen.

Perhaps there were some unfortunately missing features that Jamf's other services included such as the mobile specific lockdown and tracking systems on Jamf Now.

The fact that they have other programs and systems that seamlessly integrate into Jamf School makes it an amazing value.

There are a lot of good functions for compiling information about iPads, but Id love to see all the functions that exist in Jamf School also exist in an api format.
