DocTract vs Termly: Which is best for you?

We have found since changing over that it was easy because the two systems were quite similar, however Doc Tract has a far more advanced search ability for content in the policies, we've had amazing customer support through the process of setting up, training us, and a friendly check in on how we are doing.

There are a lot of options in the menu tab that are not intuitive, and regular customer support has been necessary to learn all the different features of the product.

Termly's friendly UI is awesome as it makes it easy to create, manage and update the policies such privacy policies, terms of services and cookies policies.

I find the customization options are very limited in it which stops me to tailor policies as per my need.
