- The reporting features are powerful, but I wish the export options were a bit more customizable out of the box.
- Like least about the poll is that it cannot send information to everybody that they need to mandatorily cooperate to come up with an accurate result during the collecting of votes or responses.
- It’s quick to get surveys up and running, offers clean analytics, and works well across teams. Despite a few technical and integration quirks, it remains my go-to survey solution due to its stability, affordability, and thoughtful design.
- SurveyMonkey does not have built-in A/B testing, which would allow users to test different versions of a survey or compare different questions to see which performs better.
