About SuperPay

SuperPay is a cloud-based payment processing solution designed to help businesses set up, manage and authenticate one-time and recurring transactions. Features include single sign-on, bulk data upload, customizable branding, two-factor authentication, fraud detection and email notifications.

The application offers integration with Stripe, letting team members protect data using 256-bit encryption, monitor transactions in real-time and prepare logs for any changes. Using self-service portals, customers can view recurring and previous payments, add/update card details and make cancellations. It also allows businesses to embed forms on the website with pre-filled buyer details and accept payments in multiple currencies.

SuperPay is available on monthly subscriptions and is also based on the number of transactions. Support is extended via email, live chat and documentation.

The Easiest Payment Software is Superpay.

I am using this super remedy for 2 years but I have not faced any problem till now. With this, the payment is done immediately, due to which my work becomes easier. Me and my friends use this superpay. This is very nice.

Pros:

Really easy to setup up and use. Create multiple subscription plans very easily. Simply share a link to clients for payments. With the latest round of updates, clients can view their own subscription plan and see all their past payments! Cheap to use too! only 1% per transaction + Stripe fees. Forms look beautiful and function beautifully on all size screens. I love been able to just text message a link to my clients. Also love been able to setup and leave it to do its work without any management on my part. Support is quick and very helpful.

Cons:

Version 1 was bare bones, and understandably so, since it was the first version. But it worked. Version 2 adds loads of great new features which, frankly leave me with nothing negative to say.

Reasons for switching to SuperPay

I needed something that could setup and let run without any management on my part.

If you're ok with the limitations, it's a simple way to integrate Stripe

We chose Stripe as our payment processor and love the service, but without a programmer on staff, we couldn’t utilize its APIs. SuperPay gives us a code-free way to bill our customers and members.

Pros:

SuperPay offers an easy front-end to utilizing Stripe without the need to code yourself or deal with any APIs. Without a programmer on my staff, that’s exactly what we needed so we can use Stripe’s excellent service.

Cons:

There are several drawbacks to SuperPay. First, while data you create in SuperPay is synced back to Stripe, any existing data in Stripe or changes you make in Stripe are not sync to SuperPay. This makes managing data a bit cumbersome as it only syncs one way. Second, there’s no way that customers in SuperPay can change a subscription on their own. They have to cancel an existing subscription and then you rebill them.

Reasons for choosing SuperPay

SuperPortal doesn’t allow creation of subscriptions, only modification of existing ones.

Fantastic Product! Works smoothly and is consistent

The fact that SuperPay's recurring plan, which incidentally is not the only payment method they offer (the also provide Pay-as-You-Go model as well), is so easy to set up, implement with my students and manage personally as the administrator, and finally matched with low fees per transaction, I couldn't be more pleased with this service and intend to use it indefinitely. I believe this service is not only impeccable, but SuperPay's Customer Support is also timely, very professional and quick with their answers to my questions. I am confident that as my IT Tutoring business grows, SuperPay will easily scale up with my growth. Amazing service, I am glad I discovered this service through Stripe!

I am professional IT Tutor with a growing base of IT students seeking to make their way into the IT arena by preparing for specific CompTIA, Cisco and (ISC)2 certifications. I needed a supplemental solution to my Pay-as-You-Go model for my students who preferred a recurring payment model. SuperPay made this happen and it literally took me minutes to set it up!

Cons:

With the number of students opting to use my weekly recurring payment plan for their tutoring, matched with the seamless processing of their payments each week, without fuss or hassle through SuperPay, I have no cons at present to list- and believe me, I am one to be very candid about pros and cons of services I use.

Reasons for switching to SuperPay

SuperPay is a much better product, has lower fees per transaction and is easier to use both from the administrator side and the client side.

Pros:

I had one question and the customer support team got back to me INSTANTLY - it was amazing. After dealing with PayPal for years before finding SuperPay, my expectations for customer support were very low. This blew me away. Worth every penny.

Cons:

I’d like customizable HTML buttons to embed on my website, rather than just links. I’m not a web designer or programmer so I’m not sure how difficult this would be but I would love to have them!

Reasons for choosing SuperPay

1% fee plus payment processing. Can’t beat that!

Reasons for switching to SuperPay

I was shut down by PayPal for no disclosed reason after working with them - and making them money - for over 3 years. I am unaware of any term of service I broke.

Pros:

The product is very easy to use and UI is very intuitive. The most important feature of SuperPay that we use is the ability to share the payment link directly with the end-user.

Cons:

There are a few things which SuperPay is missing currently are: 1) Ability to define products separately and generate payment links based on those products. 2) Better invoicing feature once the payment is done. 3) Webhooks for payment completion. 4) Payment link page customization is very limited.

Hi there, thanks for leaving the review. Points 1 and 2 are very valid and I've passed these onto the team, thanks! In regards to points 3, you are actually able to setup Stripe webhooks as normal and they will work as expected. We integrate deeply with Stripe so you shouldn't have any issues there. And in regards to point 4: you are able to setup a redirect URL that we can take your customers to after a successful payment. That way you can customise that page as much as you want. However I do appriciate it would be very useful to make quick on the fly changes to our built in success page. That feature is actually an already open feature request so keep an eye open for any emails from us. Its complex and extremely easy to use. At first I was a bit unsure if this would be a great tool, but once I got into it I found it so useful. Im surprised not so many people know about this because wow im shocked at how amazing this works. It is amazing how wonderful this is, NO SERIOUSLY, this is by far an amazing platform. DOnt believe me? I didn't believe it either. TRY IT OUT! Promise you that you won't regret investing your time on this.

Cons:

Cant list one thing... uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Still nothing. :)

Perfect solution for setting fast payment flow

I needed a quick and intuitive set up of payment flow for my international customers. Super pay solved this for me. I set up everything myself and not needed to hire other professional to do it for me. Thanks!

I set everything in just 30 minutes and I could receive payments straight to our bank account. Super easy to use - the environment is highly user-friendly, so I had a great start without need to read manuals. Platform accepts both credit and debit cards. Customer support answers within few hours. It gets great integrated with my platform for payed online events.

Cons:

It could be good if offering local country payment means could be also integrated.

My team is full of creative service providers and SuperPay was the easiest way we have found to allow our entire team to quickly and easily send invoices and allow our business to receive funds. We serve small businesses and are able to take one-time and recurring payments for a variety of services without needing to run everything through our bookkeeping services. This dramatically increases our speed of getting started, working, and paid.

Cons:

I'd love it there was a way to sync up with Quickbooks. If so, I could make our bookkeeper's job a bit easier.
